Becoming a sponsor is the most meaningful way to connect with a youth in Chajul. Sponsors are directly matched to an individual scholar in our Youth Development Program. As a sponsor, you make education possible by covering the costs of a scholar’s education and providing her with the supporting activities and services she will receive through Limitless Horizons Ixil. You will be making her dreams a reality.
Sponsors are kept informed on their sponsored youth’s progress towards his goals through periodic updates that include photos, letters directly from the scholar (with English translations if needed), drawings, and updates from the LHI staff who work with the youth in Chajul. You will receive a unique glimpse into the life, challenges, and triumphs of a budding leader pursuing his dreams. You can also write back to your sponsored youth, if you’d like!
